Return & Cancellation

We only accept replacement requests if submitted within 24 hours of delivery. In other words, we WILL NOT process any replacement requests after 24 hours from the delivery date.”
Before submitting a request for a replacement, please note that we will process the request only under the following conditions:
1. The product has a manufacturing defect.
2. The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
3. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
4. The product must be returned in the same original packaging, which should remain intact and unsoiled.
5. Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
6. Video proof of the package being opened and showing the damaged or incorrect product is required.
However, customers will not be eligible for a replacement under the following circumstances:
1. The product is consumable, such as incense sticks or similar items, which cannot be replaced, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Customized or personalized pooja boxes and items.”

Process of Replacement:

1. When requesting a replacement, the customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with a video showing the product being opened (if the product received is broken or incorrect).
2. We will cover the transportation costs for both the return and replacement of the product.
3. The customer is responsible for packing the product carefully. If the returned product is damaged or worn out upon arrival at our premises, the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer via email to confirm receipt. You will also be informed whether your replacement request has been approved or rejected.
5. The replacement will be dispatched within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Process of Refund:

1. Refunds will only be issued if the product to be replaced is out of stock.
2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer via email to confirm receipt. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
3. If a replacement is requested, it will be dispatched within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned product.
